The Full Rudy

The Man, the Myth, the Mania

Jack Newfield
June 2007     ISBN: 1568583826

New Edition

Right in time for the 2008 primaries, this new edition of the award-winning, muckraking portrait of "America's mayor" exposes of the truth behind Giuliani myth. Written by the late, great New York journalist Jack Newfield, who knew Giuliani for more than 20 years, it contains interviews with those who knew Rudy best, revealing an authoritarian leader whose strengths are canceled out by "immense weaknesses of temperament, opportunism, and intolerance."

This new edition of The Full Rudy has a preface by best-selling author Joe Conason.

What readers are saying

"If you're one of those people who think Rudy Giuliani is a true hero...prepare to be proven dead WRONG!" --Portland Mercury

"Whatever Rudy decides to do, he will be dangerous. Those who doubt this should read Newfield's book." --New York Press
